The One Bar

Hello. I have a review for you today. Its one of the smallest, and cutest fruit bars I have ever seen or tasted. One bar is a fruit bar that is filled with over one serving of fruit. One bar has no artificial colors or sweeteners, is soy free, wheat free, dairy free, gluten free, low in fat, high in fiber, low in sodium, and is vegan. Each bar has vital nutrients including vitamins A and C, omega 3 and 6, and has antioxidants.

One bar also has the ingriendient Baobab, which is high in antioxidants, calcium, essential minerals, vitamin C and Vitamin B complex. Its fair traded, and recognized as an ecologically sustainable form of land use in Africa. And while it is new to the U.S (and to me), Baobab has been known for centuries in Africa among nusing mothers.

Now, there are allot of words that can be used to describe this product. I’m going to use the word simple. This bar is delicious and compact. It packs a fruity punch and and theres no mystery as to what this bar is made of. You can taste it and you can see it. I  had the opportunity to try all of the One bar flavors ( Mango, Cherry, and Apple). I don’t like apple flavored products, but this one might be one of my favorites. Perfect taste and texture. Not too soft and not hard. That goes for all the other flavors. The mango was smooth and melted in my mouth. And the cherry was no different. It was all good. Nothing bad here. I say give these a try, you have nothing to lose with these compact nutrient filled fruit bars.
